All appointments are booked online through our scheduling link and are available Monday–Saturday by scheduling only 

Bahry Realty operates by appointment only and does not offer walk-in meetings. 

Documents are uploaded electronically, and updates and confirmations are sent by email or text to maintain organized workflow and clear timelines. 

Hard copies are accepted only when needed, and all files are maintained digitally 

Mortgage pre-approvals, refinance evaluations, and rate options are provided through Bahry Mortgage. 

Title services are coordinated through licensed in-house professionals.

Yes, we support transactions involving divorce, probate, refinance, and equity buy-outs.
